At PALMWINE IceCREAM, we understand that receiving your order is part of the experience. Every piece is prepared and dispatched with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. During collection launches, promotional periods, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Methods:

We work with trusted international courier partners to ensure secure and efficient delivery of all orders. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that shipping estimates provided at checkout are indicative only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International Orders / Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, PALMWINE IceCREAM is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

PALMWINE IceCREAM is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, or events outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the limited and often made-to-order nature of PALMWINE IceCREAM garments, all returns are subject to approval and must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility:

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible full-priced items only.

To qualify for return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accompanying materials must remain intact

  • Item must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, fragrance, staining, or washing

PALMWINE IceCREAM reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.

PALMWINE IceCREAM is not responsible for returns lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested replacement is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered at PALMWINE IceCREAM’s discretion

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return approval.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Custom Creations:

Please note that custom and made-to-order creations are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
